Eric Siegel was one of the shortest stacks in the field with 850,000. He told us his double up was right around the corner and he did one better. Siegel managed to triple up holding king jack on a high jack high flop.
He has since scooped a few more pots without showdown and is right back to a healthy stack of close to 4,000,000.

The Almighty Stack chip lead has changed hands plenty of times throughout Day 2 and once again we have a new chip leader. Cody Wells has caught fire after the dinner break and he is certainly no longer under the radar.
“I’ve just steadily chipped up” Wells says as he adds another pot to his mountain of chips. Wells is now playing close to 28,000,000 and he has distanced himself well out in front of the field with more than double his nearest competitor.
We are just five eliminations away from the end of Day 2 and Wells sits all alone at the top of the chip counts.
